Everyone in the party will board the boat and prepare to cruise into the Puget Sound.

Once Captain Kyle has reached the first destination, he will do a brief tutorial on how to fish or squid. He will also offer assistance throughout the day with tips and tricks for hooking up a fish. Captain Kyle will decide strategically to move to a different spot depending on the time, tide, and catches.

Snacks and beverages will be available.

Salmon

Estimated Season: Mid-June through October (Dependent on Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife)

Morning (6 hour trip) - Starting at daybreak (exact time discussed after booking).

  • Private Boat for $1,250 up to 4 people ($200 per additional person)

  • Shared Boat for $275 per person

  • Maximum of 5 people

Afternoon (4 hour trip) - Starting at 12:30 pm.

  • Private Boat for $1,000 up to 4 people ($100 per additional person)

  • Shared boat for $200 per person

  • Maximum of 5 people

  • This trip will qualify for Tengu Charters prize if they catch the biggest salmon of the year. The prize will be ONE free salmon afternoon trip with one additional person of your choosing the following year (expires at the end of the following year).

Lingcod

Estimated Season: May through Mid-June (Dependent on Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife)

Morning (6 hour trip) - Starting at daybreak (exact time discussed after booking)

  • Private Boat for $1,200 up to 4 people. ($200 per additional person)

  • Shared Boat for $260 per person

  • Maximum of 5 people

Afternoon (4 hour trip) - Starting at 12:30pm

  • Private Boat for $950 up to 4 people. ($100 per additional person)

  • Shared Boat for $185 per person

  • Maximum of 5 people

  • Before heading out to the Lingcod spot, Captain Kyle will head to a spot where customers catch live bait (fun activity). Once enough live bait has been caught, Captain Kyle will head to the first destination.

  • This service serves people who want to spread their loved ones' ashes out in the sound. Special bookings can be available.
